Looking at my stretch marks.. Trying not to get depressed about them.. But rather looking at them and knowing I won’t get any new ones ever again!

Day one
The 2-4-6-8-10 diet
Today I eat only 200 calories. If I should go over I must burn the difference off at the gym.
Will talk to my dietician tomorrow about mixing up your daily calories and how it effects weight loss - will report back tomorrow what he says :)
